Our Heat treatment furnaces cover a wide range of treatments, for carbon steels and alloys, stainless steel and GS or white cast iron, therefore meeting the majority of our customer's requirements.

Our up-to-date equipment includes :

• 3 gas furnaces:
  • Furnace dia. 8000 mm Ht 3000 mm
    Load up to 80 T – T° up to 1050°C
  • Furnace 3500*3500 mm Ht 2800 mm
    Load up to 30 T – T° up to 1150°C
  • Furnace 7800*4800 mm Ht 2400 mm
    Load up to 40 T – T° up to 750°C
• 1 electric furnace :
  • 2000 mm Ht 2400 mm
    Load up to 10 T – T° up to 1150°C
• 3 quenching baths
• tempering treatment
• normalising
• air-blast quenching
• water hardening/stress relieving

Possibility of obtaining a level of hardness up to BHN 630/Rockwell C.60.
